AFL Partner

Role Overview: You will be working with Dr. Reddys Foundation for Health Education (DRFHE) to enable better patient care in the multi-dimensional healthcare industry. Your role will involve reaching out to various stakeholders in the healthcare delivery chain through awareness programs aimed at disease prevention. Key Responsibilities: - Create a stream of corporate partners through engagement with key stakeholders - Ensure calendarization of programs at partner organizations - Guide partners on weaving wellness in their health and wellbeing strategy - Increase the reach to more corporate partners and enhance the frequency of programs - Ensure smooth error-free execution of Awareness For Life (AFL) at partner organizations - Participate in seminars/conferences to propagate AFL programs to delegates - Engage stakeholders before and after AFL programs - Reach out to health ambassadors and point of contact from partners - Conduct qualitative and quantitative impact assessment and reporting of programs - Participate in live programs, perform quality checks, and gather insights - Conduct ethnographic research to gather insights and suggest improvements - Publish white papers on AFL best practices and impact Qualification Required: - A degree in pharmacy/medicine/science - Post-graduation in Management/Hospital Management/Organizational Behavior/Psychology from institutions like TISS/XLRI - 2-3 years of experience in training & development or healthcare preferred - More than 3 years of experience working with schools/colleges through publications desirable - More than 3 years of experience working with RWAs/real estate organizations - Experience in any industry body like CII/FICCI/ASSOCHAM etc. Additional Details: Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd. is a leading multinational pharmaceutical company focused on accelerating access to affordable and innovative medicines.
