Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Executive , located in Mumbai at WhaleMaven. The role is ideal for fresh graduates in marketing who are looking to start a career in performance and affiliate marketing. The executive will be responsible for onboarding advertisers and publishers onto the WhaleMaven platform, coordinating with affiliate managers to set up new campaigns, ensuring compliance checks are completed, and maintaining daily reporting related to validations and campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Support onboarding of advertisers and publishers onto the affiliate marketing panel Coordinate with affiliate managers to set up and activate new offers Liaise with internal compliance team to ensure campaigns meet all guidelines Maintain accurate records of validations and campaign approvals Prepare and share daily reports related to offer performance and validations Assist with follow-ups, documentation, and communication with partners Learn and grow in the field of affiliate and performance marketing through on-the-job training Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Looking for freshers with strong interest in affiliate/digital marketing Strong communication and coordination skills Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting Highly organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in US shift timing (4 PM to 2 AM IST) Applications Freshers please apply.
