Role Overview: This is a full-time role that blends the relationship-building strength of an Affiliate Manager with the performance-driven mindset of an Partnerships Marketing. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing end-to-end affiliate programs while identifying, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships across multiple sectors. Key Responsibilities Affiliate Marketing Set up, launch, and scale affiliate campaigns for D2C, fintech, and app-first brands. Manage affiliate platforms like Trackier, Impact, etc. Recruit, onboard, and activate quality affiliates and publishers. Monitor campaign performance (ROAS, CAC, LTV, traffic quality) and optimize in real-time. Identify and prevent fraudulent traffic, ensure quality lead flow. Coordinate with creative and tech teams to ensure campaign readiness. Partnerships Management Identify and pitch potential strategic partners – content creators, media platforms, SaaS tools, co-branded campaigns. Own negotiations, agreements, and relationship management end-to-end. Build proof-of-concept pilots with partners and scale successful ones. Work closely with brand teams to align partnership goals with larger marketing strategies. Explore revenue-share, barter, hybrid, and product-led growth collaborations. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Strategic Partnerships at an agency or D2C brand. Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, tracking platforms, traffic sources, payout models, etc. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with ability to read dashboards, optimize campaigns, and track ROI. Comfortable working in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments. Exposure to tools like AppsFlyer, GA4, GTM, and affiliate dashboards is a plus. Must be self-driven, detail-oriented, and growth-hungry. Must Have: Experience working with affiliates, coupon platforms, or finance apps. Understanding of media buying and programmatic channels. Ability to build and manage monthly reporting decks for clients. Why Join us?
