As a Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing Manager at brandMongo Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in blending the relationship-building strength of a Partnership Manager with the performance-driven mindset of an Affiliate Marketing Manager. This full-time position involves building, managing, and optimizing end-to-end affiliate programs, as well as identifying, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships across various sectors to drive growth and ROI. Your responsibilities will include setting up, launching, and scaling affiliate campaigns for D2C, fintech, and app-first brands. You will manage affiliate platforms such as Trackier and Impact, recruit, onboard, and activate quality affiliates and publishers, monitor campaign performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, LTV, and traffic quality in real-time, and optimize campaigns accordingly. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and preventing fraudulent traffic, ensuring a consistent flow of quality leads, and collaborating with creative and tech teams to ensure campaign readiness. In the realm of Partnerships Management, you will be tasked with identifying and pitching potential strategic partners such as content creators, media platforms, and SaaS tools. Your role will involve owning negotiations, agreements, and relationship management from start to finish, building proof-of-concept pilots with partners, and scaling successful collaborations. Working closely with brand teams, you will align partnership goals with broader marketing strategies and explore various collaboration models like revenue-share, barter, hybrid, and product-led growth. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 2-4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Strategic Partnerships within an agency or D2C brand. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, along with an analytical mindset to interpret dashboards, optimize campaigns, and track ROI, are essential. The ability to thrive in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments is crucial, and familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer, GA4, GTM, and affiliate dashboards is advantageous. A self-driven, detail-oriented, and growth-hungry approach will be key to succeeding in this position. Experience with affiliates, coupon platforms, or finance apps, understanding of media buying and programmatic channels, and the ability to create and manage monthly reporting decks for clients would be beneficial.
