Monitor campaign performance (ROAS, CAC, LTV, traffic quality) and optimize in real-time. Identify and prevent fraudulent traffic, ensure quality lead flow. Partnerships Management Identify and pitch potential strategic partners – content creators, media platforms, SaaS tools, co-branded campaigns. Own negotiations, agreements, and relationship management end-to-end. Build proof-of-concept pilots with partners and scale successful ones. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Strategic Partnerships at an agency or D2C brand. Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, tracking platforms, traffic sources, payout models, etc. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
