Social Media Management: Own the brands presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and influencer collaborations. Track engagement metrics and optimize strategy based on performance. Performance Marketing: Create, manage, and analyze ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms. Monitor key KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Work with creative and content teams to develop ad creatives that convert. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketplace dashboards to track performance. Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to leadership. Continuously test, learn, and iterate based on data-driven decisions. Requirements: Relevant digital marketing experience. Proven track record in managing eCommerce, social media, and paid performance campaigns . Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
