Job Description

Job Summary:

Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing & Affiliate Partnership

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage
Performance Marketing
campaigns across digital channels in coordination with external agencies.
Own and drive the
Affiliate Marketing
strategy, including onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns and maintain high standards of brand representation across platforms.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance and affiliate marketing.

Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
Experience with affiliate networks and tracking tools.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign performance metrics.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
