Digital Marketing Associate

Role & responsibilities

Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (including but not limited to) Web, SEO, SEM, email, social media, marketing automation and display advertising

• Building and maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborating with internal teams to create necessary landing pages, assets and creatives to optimize user experience
• Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrumenting conversion points and optimizing user funnels
• Driving collaborations for business growth
• Evaluating emerging technologies. Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Lead a team of digital marketing and lead generation executives to achieve monthly and quarterly goals

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Ability to drive marketing campaigns- end to end
• An eye for detail
• Lead generation - develop and implement campaigns for traffic & leads
• Market research and competitor mapping for better positioning of services.
• Should have good written communication, research, and team-building skills.
