Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle in the firm, ensuring effective recruitment, retention, performance management, and compliance. The role also includes supporting management in creating a positive work culture and building the firm's human capital.

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  2. Employee Engagement & Retention
  3. Staff Training & Development
  4. Compliance & Policy Management
  5. Management Reporting via forms, trackers, reports and documents
  6. Joining and Exit formalities of employees.
  7. Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
  8. Respond to employees questions about company policies and benefits.
  9. Handle general admin function of the business

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS software knowledge is an advantage.
  • Approachable and empathetic.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Comfortable interacting with management, staff, and trainees.
  • English Proficiency (Spoken and Written)
