About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to support our performance marketing and campaign operations team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth campaign execution, accurate monitoring, and timely reporting. You will play a key role in improving campaign efficiency and supporting high-impact marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in campaign setup and execution across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Monitor live campaigns to flag anomalies or performance drops in real time
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for inputs such as creatives, targeting, and landing pages
• Maintain campaign documentation and ensure data accuracy for reporting

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of performance marketing channels and KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms (a plus)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision and speed

Ideal Candidate Profile / CV Must-Haves:

• 2 years to 5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign execution
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory)
• Demonstrated interest in digital marketing with strong execution discipline
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
