Role Overview: As a seasoned affiliate marketing leader, you will take on the role of Senior Manager, B2B SaaS Affiliate Program. Your main responsibility will be to architect, launch, and rapidly scale a B2B SaaS affiliate program from scratch. This critical role requires you to build a foundation that drives significant revenue for a suite of innovative software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term strategy for the B2B SaaS affiliate program, including defining the ideal partner profile, selecting the right technology platform, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs). - Identify, recruit, and onboard a diverse portfolio of high-value partners, such as digital agencies, marketing consultants, strategic channel partners, and industry-specific content creators. - Manage all aspects of the affiliate channel, including negotiating deals, developing promotional assets, ensuring compliance, and providing ongoing support to key partners. - Use advanced analytical skills to monitor program performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and LTV. - Partner with the sales, product, and content marketing teams to seamlessly integrate affiliate efforts into the broader go-to-market strategy. - As the program grows, you will be responsible for building out a team to support the channel.
