JOB TITLE: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Bangalore South.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, native advertising, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies, campaign optimization, and innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, native ads platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain), affiliate programs, and influencer partnerships.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to meet performance KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CTR, and CPL.
  • Google Ads Expertise:
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping Ads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, create ad copy, and perform A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
  • Native Advertising:
  • Plan and execute native ad campaigns to deliver high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Affiliate Marketing:
  • Build and manage affiliate networks, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Collaborate with affiliates to optimize partnerships and drive incremental sales.
  • Influencer Marketing:
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Negotiate contracts, track influencer performance, and measure ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and native ad platforms.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management:
  • Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor spending and ensure campaigns are within budget while achieving target outcomes.
  • Stay Updated on Trends:
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in performance marketing, including algorithm changes and emerging advertising platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in performance marketing with hands-on experience in Google Ads, native ads, affiliate marketing, and influencer campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and native advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and AdWords Manager.
  • Experience with affiliate management platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Rakuten).
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
