At Ivy, Bright Minds Shine Brighter.The Affiliate Operation Team is responsible for all operational support of the platform, including liaising with Marketing, Product, Technology and other related teams. Team responsibilities include direct support and interaction with Affiliates and also Partners from other Sources of Acquisitions. Also, supporting other Channels teams in addition to Affiliates.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with Affiliate Account Managers on affiliate issues, payments, bonanzas, escalations etc.
- Creating and reviewing content
- Documentation
- Understanding business requirements of key affiliates and translating them into automated processes
- Optimizing existing processes to minimize cost, time and efforts
- Liaise with Affiliate & Territory Mangers on day-to-day tasks
- Acting as an interface between business units technology, marketing and support teams
- Troubleshooting technical issues faced by affiliates / affiliate managers by working closely with Tech & Product teams
- Handling affiliate queries.
Qualifications
- Essential:
- Excellent documentation skills
- A sound understanding of Affiliate Marketing
- Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Competencies / behaviours
- Ability to analyse and present data to support decision making process
- Flexibility?to handle workload in a dynamic environment, ability to work under pressure
- Team player and result oriented
- Adept at handling tasks/projects within a given timelines
