Role Overview

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position where you will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and scaling affiliate and publisher partnerships. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our partner ecosystem, optimizing affiliate performance, and ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. You will act as the main point of contact between AdSwirl Media and our affiliate partners, driving growth through collaboration, performance insights, and proactive management.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies for CPL, CPA and CPS campaigns.
  • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor affiliate activities, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the affiliate marketing space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, and product to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Negotiate and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring compliance with program terms and conditions.
  • Provide guidance and support to affiliate partners, assisting them in optimizing their campaigns and achieving their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, and implement innovative strategies accordingly.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for optimizing campaign performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews of affiliate partners, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign effectiveness.


Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on CPL, CPA and CPS campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing affiliate campaigns to achieve performance goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, networks, and tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data-driven decision-making.
