Advocate (RERA Specialist)

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Advocate with 4 to 5 years of direct experience in RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) matters. The candidate will provide legal guidance and representation on real estate regulatory issues, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and resolving disputes related to real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• RERA Compliance:

• Ensure the companys projects comply with RERA regulations and timelines.
• Prepare and file RERA registrations, documents, and reports as per statutory requirements.

• Legal Advisory:

• Provide legal advice on matters related to real estate laws, property disputes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Draft, vet, and review agreements including sale deeds, lease deeds, construction contracts, and joint development agreements.

• Dispute Resolution:

• Represent the company in RERA tribunals, courts, and other legal forums.
• Handle consumer grievances and legal disputes related to real estate projects.

• Liaison:

• Coordinate with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and legal consultants to ensure smooth project approvals and clearances.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain proper documentation of all legal matters and regulatory filings.
• Prepare periodic legal compliance reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in real estate law with specific expertise in RERA matters.
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and related laws.
• Proven experience in handling RERA tribunal cases and real estate dispute resolution.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal issues simultaneously.
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
