Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Accurate
typing in Marathi and English
for agreements, notices, and official communication.
Drafting and formatting
legal documents
such as contracts, MoUs, affidavits, and society-builder agreements.
Assisting in preparation of
developer-related documentation
(property agreements, NOCs, tax/utility-related drafts).
Maintaining organized records of legal and administrative files.
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for document verification and submission.
Supporting HR, finance, and operations teams with typing and drafting needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in
Marathi and English typing
(speed and accuracy).
Strong knowledge of
legal drafting
and terminology.
Familiarity with
developer/real estate documentation
preferred.
Graduate in Law/Commerce/Arts or equivalent qualification.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate with prior experience in
legal drafting and typing
.
Exposure to
real estate/developer sector
documentation will be an added advantage.
Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines.
