Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background with hands-on experience in strategic financial planning, risk management, and team leadership. This role demands a high level of expertise in financial management and the ability to drive business growth through sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage financial risks, treasury, cash flow, and investments to optimize the companys financial health.
• Lead financial audits, statutory compliances, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and board of directors.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Implement robust financial controls and risk management policies.
• Liaise with banks, investors, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation/Post Graduation/MBA in Finance or related field.
• Certified Financial Manager (CFM) qualification is mandatory.
• Proven experience of 8-10 years in senior financial leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced and growing organizations.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
