The Sales Head Residential (CSO) will be responsible for leading, strategizing, and driving the sales function for the residential vertical. This includes overseeing all regional sales operations, setting revenue targets, managing large teams, and ensuring consistent growth in market share and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement residential sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking. Identify growth opportunities, new market segments, and expansion strategies. Team Leadership Build, manage, and motivate a high-performance sales team across regions. Define KPIs, training programs, and incentive structures to drive performance. Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration. Sales Operations Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor sales pipelines, deal closures, and customer acquisition metrics. Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting tools. Customer & Market Insights Understand buyer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities. Work with Marketing to refine product positioning and promotional campaigns. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product Development, and Operations teams. Align sales strategies with product launches, project timelines, and inventory. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred). 12–20 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential segment. Proven leadership experience managing large sales teams across geographies. Strong understanding of the residential real estate market, pricing, and customer preferences. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
