     is India’s fastest-growing media-tech company focused on digitizing hyper-local journalism. Our flagship product, 

    Newzlik

    , empowers local journalists in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities to launch their own digital news portals.


  • Zigyapan is the advertising arm of Rablik. We aggregate the traffic of 200+ local news portals to create a massive digital advertising network. We bridge the gap between National Brands and the "Real Bharat" audience, offering high-engagement ad inventory across verified local news websites.


Job Summary

  • We are looking for an ambitious and well-connected Corporate Ad Sales Manager to lead our monetization efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for selling digital ad inventory (Banner Ads, Video Ads, Guest Posts) to Media Agencies, Digital Marketing Firms, and Direct Brands.


  • You will not just be an employee; you will be the key revenue driver for Zigyapan. Your primary goal is to onboard demand partners who want to advertise on regional news platforms. If you have an existing network of media buyers and a hunger for closing deals, this role is for you.


  • Agency Onboarding:

     Identify and partner with leading Digital Marketing Agencies and Media Buying Houses in metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore).
  • Direct Sales:

     Pitch advertising solutions directly to brands in high-growth sectors like Ed-Tech, Gaming, FMCG, Government, and BFSI.
  • Revenue Generation:

    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling Display Ads (CPM/CPC) and sponsored content.
  • Campaign Management:

     Coordinate with the technical team to ensure ad campaigns are live, tracking correctly, and delivering the promised ROI to clients.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build long-term relationships with advertisers to ensure recurring campaigns and monthly retainers.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 to 4 years of proven experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Affiliate Marketing, or B2B Digital Sales.
  • Must-Have:

     Prior experience working with an Ad Network, Publisher, or Digital Agency.
  • Proven Track Record:

     Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.


Experience Requirement

  • Industry Knowledge:

     Deep understanding of digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA) and ad formats (Display, Video, Native).
  • Communication:

     Excellent command over Professional English (Written & Verbal) to negotiate with corporate clients.
  • Negotiation Skills:

     Ability to close high-ticket deals and negotiate rates with media buyers.
  • Tech-Savvy:

     Basic understanding of Ad Servers (like Google Ad Manager) and tracking tools.


Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

  • Existing "Rolodex" (Contacts) of Media Buyers and Marketing Managers in Indian agencies.
  • Experience in selling regional or vernacular ad inventory.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
