Role Overview

Advertising Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire

  new brand and agency clients

  for Flam’s creator-led and immersive ad solutions
• Build and manage a strong

  sales pipeline

  across assigned markets
• Pitch Flam’s offerings including

  creator campaigns, immersive 3D ads, branded content, and interactive formats

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closures
• Collaborate closely with

  campaign operations, creators, and product teams

  to ensure smooth execution
• Understand advertiser objectives and recommend

  custom campaign solutions

• Maintain strong client relationships to drive

  repeat business and upsell opportunities

• Track sales performance and consistently work towards

  monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Stay updated on

  digital advertising, influencer marketing, and adtech trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience

  in advertising sales, media sales, digital sales, or influencer marketing
• Exposure to

  brand and/or agency sales

  is mandatory
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Hunger to close deals and grow in a target-driven role
• Ability to thrive in a startup or fast-growth environment
• Experience with

  creator platforms, adtech, or content marketing

  is a plus
