👨‍💼 The Role:

🔹 Who is our Customer? (The Target):

Independent News Reporters
running YouTube Channels.
Local Journalists
(Stringers) looking for their own digital identity.
Citizen Journalists
covering local community news.
Small Media Houses
wanting to go digital.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Hire, train, and manage a team of 5-10 Inside Sales Executives.
Revenue Ownership:
Achieve monthly sales targets for our Web & App subscriptions.
Niche Selling:
Understand the pain points of
local reporters
(like monetization, authority, identity) and pitch Newzlik as the ultimate solution.
Pipeline Management:
Handle high-value leads and close deals via calls/meetings.

🔹 What we are looking for:

Experience:
2-5 years in Inside Sales (Ed-Tech, SaaS, or Media Sales preferred).
Leadership:
Proven experience in managing a sales team.
Communication:
Excellent command over
Hindi
(Primary) and Professional English.
Mindset:
Someone who understands the power of Digital Media and Journalism.
Tech:
Must have a Laptop and a stable internet connection.
