Role: Ad Sales Manager – Global Markets

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1–3 Years (AdTech / Digital Marketing Sales Experience Required)

💼 Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Ad Sales Manager who will own international business development. You’ll be responsible for identifying global opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth - all while representing a forward-thinking brand in the AdTech space.

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to work with international markets, learn from a fast-scaling team, and create measurable impact across multiple geographies.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Global Prospecting: Identify and engage with advertisers, agencies, and media partners in US, UK, LATAM, and APAC markets.
  • Partnership Development: Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, unlocking opportunities across the entire marketing funnel.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closing.
  • Revenue Growth: Deliver on ambitious quarterly targets and contribute to scaling global operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (campaign managers, analysts, creatives) to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, global advertising opportunities, and competitive landscapes to refine your approach.


✅ Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in ad sales, business development, or media partnerships in digital marketing or AdTech
  • Understanding of digital advertising metrics and marketing funnels
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for international markets
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage global accounts
  • A proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
  • Existing global network of advertisers/agencies is a plus
