Summary of Role:

ADP eTime DT - Technical Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for applying

  patches and updates

  to the ADP eTime portal
• Troubleshoot and resolve

  portal reset or reboot issues

• Design and restructure

  application architecture

  for improved scalability and performance
• Lead and support

  application management

  tasks, including technical configuration, testing, and reporting
• Participate in all phases of system upgrades and migrations (e.g., eTime to Workforce Manager)
• Support the

  Global ADP Enterprise eTime / ADP Workforce Manager

  platforms
• Facilitate

  Secure File Movement (MFT)

  processes across global platforms
• Manage system components including

  UI, security, middleware, and infrastructure

• Collaborate with global teams and vendors during major project deployments
• Write technical documentation and perform data analytics/reporting
• Ensure adherence to

  enterprise-wide design standards

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  5 years

  of relevant experience in

  ADP eTime

  and related toolsets
• Proven expertise in

  project lifecycle methodologies

  and structured deliverables
• Strong

  time management

  , communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
• Experience with

  large-scale implementations and deployments

Educational Background:

• Bachelors Degree (BS/BA)

  in a Technical or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  Payroll Systems

  such as

  ADP GlobalView

  and

  ADP Celergo

• Working knowledge of

  Workday HR

• Experience in

  application architecture

  and

  enterprise solution design

• Strong background in

  HR & Payroll Application Management
