Job Title: ADP eTime DT - Technical Analyst

Job Summary:

Technical Analyst (ADP eTime / Workforce Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  technical support for production time systems

  , including ADP Enterprise eTime and ADP Workforce Manager
• Support and maintain

  Global Secure File Movement (MFT)

  processes
• Oversee components of the

  application architecture

  , including user interfaces, security, middleware, and connectivity to payroll and HR systems
• Participate in all phases of system lifecycle: design, upgrades (e.g., eTime migration to Workforce Manager), testing, deployment, maintenance, and support
• Collaborate in

  solution architecture reviews

  , ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide design standards
• Provide

  technical specifications

  and document solutions clearly
• Support global project deployments and assist Business Unit customers during implementation
• Perform

  data analytics, reporting, and customizations

  as required
• Collaborate with

  vendors, business partners, and internal teams

  to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with

  ADP Enterprise eTime

  and related toolsets
• Hands-on experience in

  system architecture, upgrades, patches

  ,

  and

  deployments

• Abilityto

  technical specifications

  and deliver accurate documentation
• Strong understanding of

  time systems integration with payroll

  and HR

• Strong time management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Experience working in structured, project-managed environments

Preferred Education:

• Bachelors degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline)
