Job Summary As a Business Analyst for our Adobe Experience Manager AEM projects, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business stakeholders. This position involves understanding business processes and combining this insight with knowledge of AEM to effectively drive project deliverables that meet both functional and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and document business requirements for AEM initiatives. Design and maintain standardized workflows, processes, and documentation templates to support business requirements and project lifecycle. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, including workshops and interviews, with multiple stakeholders to derive business and technical project objectives. Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications that align with business needs and project goals. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations that support business decisions, using tools for data visualization and analysis. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Work collaboratively in a scrum or agile environment, assisting with the interpretation and understanding of project demands, timelines, and deliverables. Provide analytic support for the development of new, as well as evaluation of existing, software solutions that could enhance overall system performance and usability. Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution. Prepare and present reports that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to execute projects and enhancements. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Strong understanding of Content Management Systems CMS, preferably Adobe Experience Manager AEM. Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development. Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and userfriendly language. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex ideas to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework SAFe. Understanding of software development life cycle SDLC and project planning/execution skills including estimating and scheduling. PMP, CBAP, or PMIPBA certification is a plus. Experience working in teamoriented, collaborative environments. Preferred Skills Knowledge of JIRA or other project management and issue tracking software.
