Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admission Coordinator to manage and support the student admission process for our MBA program at the Vashi campus. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or student services, and should be passionate about helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle inquiries from prospective students through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online channels.

-Guide students through the entire admission process — from application to enrollment.

-Coordinate and follow up on application documents, fee payments, and enrollment formalities.

-Maintain and update student records in the admission database.

-Work closely with the academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

-Prepare admission reports and provide regular updates to management.

-Ensure compliance with institute policies and admission guidelines.

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, counseling, or educational sales.

-Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduate preferred).

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.

-Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
