Role Description

This is a full-time Admissions Counselor role located on-site in Sadar. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide detailed information about educational programs, and support students in making informed decisions. Daily responsibilities include engaging with students and their families via in-person meetings, phone, or email, handling admissions-related queries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to enhance the admissions experience and meet enrollment objectives.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with prospective students and their families.
  • Customer Service expertise to address inquiries, provide guidance, and offer a welcoming experience throughout the admissions process.
  • Experience or aptitude in Sales to effectively promote educational programs and meet enrollment targets.
  • Background or interest in Education to understand program offerings and assist students in making informed decisions about their academic paths.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting.
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate records and managing time efficiently.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.


Experience - 1 year minimum in same profile

SALARY -20 k to 30 k
