Admissions Counselor

ob Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Counsellor to handle student inquiries, guide them on suitable courses, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build rapport with students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in and telephonic inquiries.
• Counsel students on course details, career options, and admission process.
• Follow up with leads and achieve monthly admissions targets.
• Maintain records, documentation, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with trainers and staff for demos, orientations, and schedules.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in counseling/admissions/customer service.
• Excellent communication & convincing skills.
• Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹11,840.79 - ₹37,911.87 per month
