Admissions Counselor

In this role, you will be responsible for providing student and parent counselling by giving information on courses, curriculum, admission procedures, fee structure, and policies. You will assist students and parents in understanding the right academic options and address queries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and virtual sessions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the admission process by handling admission enquiries, maintaining updated records, guiding parents through the application and documentation process, coordinating entrance tests, interviews, and follow-ups, and ensuring timely completion of admission formalities. - Building outreach and relationships by establishing rapport with prospective parents and students, participating in school promotional events, open houses, and orientation programs, and maintaining strong relationships with feeder schools, education consultants, and local communities. - Setting and achieving monthly/annual admission targets, tracking enquiries, leads, and conversions using CRM tools, and preparing regular reports for the management on admission trends and status. - Collaborating with academic teams, administration, and finance for seamless onboarding, as well as working with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
