About the Role We are looking for experienced, people-oriented On-Field Admissions Counsellors to engage with families in assigned neighbourhoods, create awareness about our academic programs, and drive student enrolments. This role requires door-to-door outreach, strong communication with parents, and consistent follow-up. Key Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned areas to meet prospective students and parents. Explain available courses, admission criteria, fee structure, career opportunities, and campus facilities. Build trust with households through clear, respectful, informative counselling. Identify prospective students, generate leads, and drive conversions to admissions. Maintain enquiry records, follow-up schedules, and daily field activity reports. Participate in local outreach campaigns, community events, parent meetings and education awareness drives. Gather market insights, competitor information and student expectations from the field. Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets with professionalism and integrity. Coordinate with the admissions office for documentation, application processing and onboarding. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2–5 years of experience in field admissions, counselling, educational sales, telecom/insurance field sales, or community outreach. Fluency in English and local language(s) is essential. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills. Comfortable interacting with parents at home and in community settings. Strong relationship-building and follow-up discipline. Target-driven mindset with ethical sales approach. Ability to work independently in the field and manage territory. Basic computer/Excel/CRM skills. Work Requirements Extensive field travel within assigned areas. Two-wheeler preferred; valid driving licence desirable. Smartphone required. Weekend availability during peak admissions (compensatory off provided).
