OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our education sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and will play a vital role in guiding them through the enrollment process. Your goal is to convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins from potential students and parents. Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs accordingly. Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets. Maintain follow-up communication with leads through CRM tools. Provide detailed information on course structure, fees, faculty, and career prospects. Coordinate with internal departments (academic, finance, admin) for smooth onboarding. Counsel students with honesty and professionalism, ensuring ethical sales practices. Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Participate in promotional activities such as webinars, open houses, and fairs. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Business preferred) 1-3 years of experience in educational sales or counselling (freshers with strong communication skills can apply) Excellent verbal and written communication (English & local language) Good understanding of student psychology and decision-making patterns Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office WHAT WE OFFER?
