Admissions Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Counsel students about courses, eligibility, and career outcomes.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain records of daily inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality.
• Provide a positive and professional experience to all students.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student counseling, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
