Job Title: Legal Education Advisor – Sales & Academic Coordination Location: Noida (On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (including performance-based incentives) Reporting To: Academic Director / Sales Manager About Law Learning Bench: Law Learning Bench is India’s emerging legal education platform, committed to making legal learning more practical, accessible, and outcome-driven. Role Summary: We are hiring a Legal Education Advisor – Sales & Academic Coordination to support student counselling, drive enrollments, and coordinate academic operations. This is a hybrid role combining consultative sales, student support, and academic scheduling. Ideal for motivated law graduates with strong communication and organizational skills , this position plays a critical front-facing role in student success and business growth. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Career Counselling Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person queries. Understand learners’ goals and guide them to the right programs (Litigation, Judiciary, Legal Skills, etc.). Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to convert leads into enrollments. Demonstrate product features, course outcomes, certifications, and live class benefits. Own the end-to-end admission cycle — follow-ups, conversion, payment support, and post-sales nurturing. Track and meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets using CRM tools. Academic & Student Coordination Coordinate daily academic schedules: live classes, mentoring sessions, bootcamps, and guest lectures. Maintain attendance, track student progress, and gather regular feedback. Resolve academic queries in collaboration with faculty, operations, and program heads. Assist in organizing webinars, moot courts, workshops, and orientation sessions . Support on boarding of new students and ensure smooth academic transition. Eligibility & Skills: Educational Qualification: LL.B. / LL.M.
