Job Title: Video Editor – Social Media Ad Content Location: Noida (On-Site Preferred / Hybrid Considered) Job Type: Full-Time / Freelance Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience) + project-based bonuses Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Creative Head About Law Learning Bench: Law Learning Bench is a growing legal education platform on a mission to make practical legal training accessible to law students and young professionals across India. We create cutting-edge legal content delivered through online and hybrid programs, led by judges, senior advocates, and law experts. Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can craft engaging, high-conversion video content tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our content, marketing, and academic teams to produce professional, informative, and visually appealing video ads and reels. Key Responsibilities: Video Editing & Production Edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing campaigns, YouTube promos, and social reels. Apply transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, voice overs, and sound design to enhance engagement. Cut talking-head videos (judges, advocates, faculty) into social-friendly formats. Create scroll-stopping thumbnails, hooks, and CTA slides tailored to each platform. Platform-Specific Adaptation Format videos for vertical (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and landscape (YouTube, Facebook) display. Ensure consistent branding, colors, fonts, and visual storytelling across channels. Understand social media trends and apply relevant styles, audio tracks, memes, or editing formats. Content Coordination Work with the academic and video production teams to structure raw footage and scripts. Take initiative to recommend cuts, promotional ideas, or highlight reels from long content. Organize video assets and maintain a high-quality media library for future use.
