Role & responsibilities: Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, or in person Provide accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and deadlines Assist applicants throughout the admission process, including application submission and documentation Conduct campus tours and information sessions for individuals and groups Review and assess student applications for eligibility and completeness Maintain and update student records in the admissions database Communicate with internal departments to coordinate the enrollment process Help organize and participate in on-campus recruitment events Support admitted students with next steps such as orientation and registration Track and report applicant activity and follow-up efforts Additional Benefits: Provident Fund Medical Insurance Incentives based upon performance.
