Key Responsibilities


Administrative Duties:


  • Handle day-to-day office operations, including documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and client communications.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, agreements, and reports.
  • Maintain client databases, invoices, and follow-up on payments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave tracking, and maintaining employee records.

Sales Duties:


  • Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing domain.
  • Present and explain company services to prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Work with the marketing team to create proposals and pitch presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration and/or sales (preferably in digital marketing or related industries).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
