As an Administrative Specialist, you play a crucial role in providing essential support to the organization by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring smooth office operations and assisting staff and management in their work. You will be tasked with maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing office supplies, and optimizing workflow to enhance efficiency. Communication skills are key as you will be expected to answer phone calls, respond to emails and correspondence, and serve as a point of contact for the public or clients. In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as coordinating events or projects. Data entry and recordkeeping are also part of your duties, including inputting data into computer systems, maintaining records, and organizing files. Document preparation is another crucial aspect of the role, involving the creation of reports, memos, presentations, and other documents. Providing excellent customer service is a key component of the position, as you will be required to assist customers or visitors, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You may also be involved in special projects, supporting various administrative tasks and projects as needed. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits include the opportunity to work from home, with a day shift and morning shift schedule. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are also provided.
