We represent renowned global business principles including Radici Plastics, Kumho Petrochemical, Kolon Plastics, UBE, CCP, Lotte Advanced Materials, Covestro, and Avient. Serving diverse industries from automotive to medical equipment, we are expanding our team and looking for two dynamic professionals.

Position 1: Admin Executive

Experience: 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office facilities.

• Coordinate with vendors for payment and logistics partners.

• Maintain inventory records of engineering plastics and chemicals.

• Support documentation.

• Manage office supplies and procurement activities.

Position 2: Sales Coordinator

Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales activities for engineering plastics and chemical products

• Prepare quotations and follow up with domestic and international clients

• Maintain customer database across various industries (automotive, electronics, etc.)

• Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers

• Track shipments and coordinate logistics

• Handle customer inquiries for technical grades of plastics

• Support sales team in achieving distribution targets

Required Qualifications for Both Positions:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Additional Requirements for Sales Coordinator:

• Knowledge of polymer/chemical industry preferred

• Experience with CRM software

• Strong analytical skills for market tracking
