As an Administrative Specialist at e.l.f. Beauty, Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the India Leadership Team and executive operations. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential in ensuring seamless coordination of business activities. You will have the opportunity to streamline administrative tasks, improve efficiency across teams, and liaise effectively with global team members. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be responsible for: - Executive Travel & Event Coordination: - Helping the leadership plan and manage executive travel logistics - Liaising with global offices for alignment and collaboration - Organizing in-office events and managing event logistics - Meeting & Scheduling Management: - Managing team calendars and daily priorities - Coordinating incoming emails, calls, and correspondence - Facilitating meeting coordination and preparing agendas - Administrative & Operational Support: - Assisting in document preparation and correspondence - Supporting procurement and contract processes - Building positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members - Process Optimization & Communication: - Identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes - Maintaining organized records and databases - Communicating effectively with executives, team members, and external partners **Qualification Required:** - Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in administrative, executive support, or office management roles - Skills & Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools - Experience in executive travel coordination, event planning, and vendor negotiations - Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative - Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges - High level of professionalism, interpersonal skills, and discretion Please note that this job description provides a general overview of the responsibilities and requirements for the Administrative Specialist position at e.l.f.
