Administrative Specialist

As an Administrative Specialist at Racing Cargo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing financial reports. Your role will require previous experience of at least 2+ years in AP and AR positions, strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting software, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. **Key Responsibilities:** - Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported. - Prepare and process journal entries with proper documentation and accuracy. - Support in the preparation of management reports and presentations. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting regulations and reporting requirements. - Monitor accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation.
