We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative speacialist who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing financial reports. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience of at least 2+ years in AP, AR positions, This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting softwares, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. Key Contributions Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported. Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy. Support in the preparation of management reports and presentations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting regulations and reporting requirements. Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and vendor management. Monitor accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation.
