Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Associate who can ensure accurate accounts, disciplined administration, and strong operational controls. Key Responsibilities Finance & Reconciliation Perform daily collection reconciliation between ticket sales, GPS/camera data, and bank deposits. Maintain records of cash inflows/outflows and prepare bank reconciliation statements. Assist in preparing route-wise and zone-wise profitability reports. Operations & Control Check and verify ticket machines daily for proper functioning and accuracy of data. Monitor GPS and camera feeds to ensure compliance and detect fraud or underreporting. Track driver/conductor attendance, trip logs, and discrepancies. Ensure collection and optimization. Manage collection from of revenue from conductors firmly. Administration & Documentation Draft and respond to emails and notices professionally. Manage and maintain internal inventory records (records for spares, bus equipment, ticket rolls, fuel slips, etc.). Maintain an organized system for contracts, licenses, and compliance documents. Ensure smooth communication between management, staff, and vendors. Reporting & Analytics Build and manage Excel dashboards and reports for collections, trips, expenses, and KPIs. Track operational metrics (passenger count, no. of trips, delays, absenteeism) via cameras, gps and HR sheets. Highlight fraud, mismatches, and revenue leakage. Other reporting duties assigned. Skills & Qualifications Education: B.Com / BA / M.Com / BBA. Experience: Minimum 1.5-2 year in accounting or cashier or admin or operational roles (transport/logistics experience preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (MS Word & PowerPoint). Strong email drafting & communication skills. Basic accounting knowledge (entries, reconciliations, reporting). Other Skills: Integrity & strong eye for detail. Ability to handle drivers/staff firmly yet professionally. Analytical mindset to detect fraud or inefficiencies. Strong organizational ability or records and compliance tracking. What We Offer Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
