Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the overall maintenance and operation of facilities

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, logic controllers, and low voltage systems

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs

- Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance services

- Manage facility budgets and expenses

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory

- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field

- Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills

- Mechanical knowledge and ability to fabricate basic parts if needed
