Dr Skin Clinic (Zi Aesthetics Pvt Ltd) has been a leading skincare destination for more than a decade offering advanced skincare solutions and personalized treatment protocols to help find solutions for all issues pertaining to Skin, Hair, and Nails. The clinic is committed to excellence and specializes in Dermatology, providing a comprehensive range of services to address various skin concerns and conditions.

Dr Skin Clinic currently has 8 branches located across 7 districts in Kerala, at Pathanamthitta (Thiruvalla), Kochi (Thrikkakara), Kottayam (Thellakom), Alappuzha (Thattarambalam), Thrissur (Kanimangalam),(Fathima Nagr) and Calicut (Cherooty), Idukki(Thodupuzha)

Roles & Responsibilities

1)Oversee and streamline clinic operations to ensure efficiency.

2)Implement revenue growth plans and monitor performance with Cluster Heads.

3)Manage procurement of high-value assets to reduce costs or increase sales.

4)Optimize expenses by identifying cost-saving opportunities.

5)Handle vendor negotiations for AMC, insurance, and contracts.

6)Develop protocols for facilities, purchases, and clinic coordination.

7)Liaise with partner hospitals and ensure timely communication of offers/promotions.

8)Use technology and AI tools to support operational improvements.

9)Ideal candidate is hands-on, process-driven, and aligned with our mission for affordable, quality care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
