Job Overview:

Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee general office administration and facility management
Handle documentation, filing systems, and data entry tasks
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and staff records maintenance
Support compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendar
Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow

Key Requirements:

Graduate from a recognized university (any discipline)
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali
Knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.) is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information discreetly
