Our back-office operations are managed from Baroda, India, to support our Australian operations. Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our Baroda team. The role involves providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations for our solar installations in Australia. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and maintaining quotations, invoices, and customer documents. Coordinating with the Australian team regarding scheduling, installation updates, and customer requirements. Data entry, record keeping, and updating CRM/ERP systems. Handling customer emails, calls, and follow-ups as per company guidelines. Assisting in preparing reports for management. Ensuring accuracy and timely completion of office tasks. Requirements: Graduate in any field (Commerce/Management preferred). Strong communication skills (English – written & Reading). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Prior experience in back-office operations will be an added advantage. Location: Baroda, India Work Type: Full-time (supporting Australian office hours)
