Administration Manager

Job Title: Manager – Administration
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Administration / Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Facility Operations

• Oversee overall administrative functions including office management, facilities, housekeeping, security, and transport.
• Develop and standardize administrative policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
• Manage administration budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Ensure statutory, legal, and internal compliance across administrative functions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the administration team.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, and senior management on travel, visa, and admin matters.
• Provide strategic inputs to leadership on administrative efficiency and risk mitigation.

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Track KPIs related to travel costs, visa turnaround times, and vendor performance.

Travel Management

• Lead end-to-end management of domestic and international travel for employees and senior leadership.
• Oversee travel planning, bookings, accommodations, logistics, and travel insurance.
• Develop, implement, and enforce corporate travel policies.
• Strategically manage travel costs and optimize budgets.
• Manage and evaluate travel agencies and vendors through SLAs and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of overall experience in Administration, with extensive expertise in travel and visa/immigration management.
• Proven experience handling large-scale corporate travel and high-volume visa processing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
