We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee our reception operations, coordinate team activities, ensure smooth communication, manage documentation processes, and streamline overall operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Reception Management:

• Oversee front desk/reception area to ensure professional and courteous service to visitors and clients
  
• Manage reception staff schedules and activities
  
• Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly
  

• Communication:

• Serve as a primary communication link between departments, clients, and external stakeholders
  
• Ensure timely dissemination of information within the team and to senior management
  
• Draft and review official communications and correspondence
  

• Coordination:

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal events
  
• Facilitate smooth interdepartmental workflows and collaboration
  
• Liaise with vendors and service providers as required
  

• Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational goals
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  
• Identify training needs and support skill development
  

• Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to operations and administrative functions
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in documentation
  
• Prepare reports and summaries for management review
  

• Operations:

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
  
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices
  
• Manage resource allocation and inventory related to the reception and administrative functions
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  
• Proven experience in operations, team management, or office administration
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools
  
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
