Job Title: Manager Location: Gurugram Industry: Legal Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee our reception operations, coordinate team activities, ensure smooth communication, manage documentation processes, and streamline overall operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader, and highly organized to ensure efficiency and professionalism in daily functions. Key Responsibilities: Reception Management: Oversee front desk/reception area to ensure professional and courteous service to visitors and clients Manage reception staff schedules and activities Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly Communication: Serve as a primary communication link between departments, clients, and external stakeholders Ensure timely dissemination of information within the team and to senior management Draft and review official communications and correspondence Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal events Facilitate smooth interdepartmental workflows and collaboration Liaise with vendors and service providers as required Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational goals Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback Identify training needs and support skill development Documentation: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to operations and administrative functions Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in documentation Prepare reports and summaries for management review Operations: Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity Identify process improvements and implement best practices Manage resource allocation and inventory related to the reception and administrative functions Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Proven experience in operations, team management, or office administration Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Leadership qualities and problem-solving skills
