About The Opportunity

Opportunity in the healthcare industry within the eye care and hospital services sector, serving patients across Ghaziabad and surrounding regions. This role supports clinical teams and outpatient/inpatient services at an on-site ophthalmology facility, focusing on smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and excellent patient experience.

Primary title (standardized): Hospital Administrator (Ophthalmology)

Role & Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day hospital operations for the ophthalmology unit, ensuring efficient OPD/IPD workflows and high patient throughput while maintaining quality of care.
  • Manage billing, coding, and revenue cycle processes; reconcile daily collections and coordinate with accounting for accurate financial reporting.
  • Administer Hospital Information System and Electronic Medical Records; ensure accurate patient documentation and timely data entry.
  • Coordinate inventory, procurement, and supply-chain activities for clinical consumables and optical devices to avoid stockouts and control costs.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with NABH standards, local regulations, and hospital policies; lead internal audits and corrective action plans.
  • Liaise with clinical leads, nursing, front-desk, and vendors to resolve operational issues and drive continuous process improvements focused on patient satisfaction.
